My name is Dorielle Ashaki Retemyer (aka Asha), a Canadian-based Guyanese animator and Seneca 2D Animation graduate. I’ve been freelancing for the past few years, working on short films, music videos, and trailers. My work has also been featured on PopTV, The Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21, TRAD Magazine, CBC, Montreal International Animation Film Festival and the Taafi Film Festival.

Currently, I’m developing my original story and working on other exciting projects. Outside of work, I’m a proud cat parent to Nami, Milo, and Chibi.
